Job Description

Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer with help desk support, networking / infrastructure and AV / Audio Visual equipment set-up experience is required for a short-term contract with a well-established Company in London (Nearest Station - Hyde Park Corner Underground Station on the Piccadilly Line)

 

RATE: £120 – £160 per day (depending on experience)

LOCATION: London (Nearest Station - Hyde Park Corner Underground Station on the Piccadilly Line)

JOB TYPE: 2 Week Full-Time Contract (Holiday Cover) – Must be available to start on the 18th July 2019.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have technical experience with:

  • Windows 7 / 8 / 10
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2 / 2016
  • Apple OSX / iOS
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Basic Networking (IP addressing/routing)
  • Basic Security (Anti-Virus, Firewalls)
  • System Imaging (Clonezilla / WDS)
  • Audio Visual Support
  • Telephone system administration

 

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer with help desk support, networking / infrastructure and AV / Audio Visual equipment set-up experience.

Working as the Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal staff supporting PCs, Laptop Computers, Smart Phones, Telephony and AV / audio visual equipment.

Please note this is a 2 Week Contract and as the Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer you must be available to start this contract on the 18th July 2019.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer you will have the following skills and experience.
