HR Officer who has excellent organisational, time-management and administrative skills is required to join a busy Human Resources team within a well-established Senior School based in North West London.


SALARY: £27,977 - £29,515 per annum

LOCATION: North London

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year



We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an HR Officer who has excellent organisational, time-management and administrative skills and previous Human Resources experience gained within an education environment.

The school is looking to recruit a knowledgeable and experienced HR Officer, to work alongside the existing HR Partner and provide support to all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to utilise your HR knowledge on a daily basis providing advice and administrative support on a wide range of human resource issues.

As an HR Officer you will be the first point of contact for the entire school, providing day to day confidential and professional administration services for all human resource enquiries whilst working cohesively with staff across all levels.



Your role as a HR Officer will include but not limited to:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Data management
  • Provide day-to-day support and advice to employees in all HR matters and procedures
  • Payroll and pension
  • Processing DBS checks
  • Reporting, compliance and general HR administration



  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a team player and work cohesively with staff across all levels
  • Be flexible and adaptable and willing to perform additional duties as required by the school
  • Have previous HR experience within an education environment
  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent and ideally hold a HR qualification
