HR Officer / Human Resources Advisor who has a good generalist background including experience with Employee Relations / ER, Recruitment / Talent Attraction / Talent Management and Project based work is required for a well-established manufacturing company based in Chinley, Derbyshire, East Midlands.

SALARY: circa. £35,000 per annum
LOCATION: Hybrid. Split between Remote Working / Work from Home (1-2 Days per Week) and the Office in Chinley, Derbyshire
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates MUST live within a commutable distance from Chinley, High Peak
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 18 Months Fixed Term Contract
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 14:30
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an HR Officer / Human Resources Advisor with a good generalist background including experience with Employee Relations / ER, Recruitment / Talent Attraction / Talent Management and Project based work.
Working as the HR Officer / Human Resources Advisor you will support the business by putting in place new initiatives, policies and procedures to help drive the business forward.
As the HR Officer / Human Resources Advisor you will also support, coach and assist the management team with employee relations cases; manage the recruitment / talent attraction and talent management processes and work on a number of projects which support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
As a successful candidate you will be based in Chinley, High Peak on a hybrid basis with 1-2 days working from home and on an 18-month contract.
As the HR Officer / Human Resources Advisor you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Experience providing a high standard of HR Support
- Previous Employee Relations / ER experience
- Previous Recruitment / Talent Attraction / Talent Management experience
- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
