HR Coordinator who has experience of working in a Human Resources environment with excellent organisational, administrative, interpersonal and strong written and verbal communication skills is required for a long running and well-established children’s charity based in London.

 

SALARY: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

LOCATION: London

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week

 

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an HR Coordinator who has experience of working in a Human Resources environment with excellent organisational, administrative, interpersonal and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working as an HR Coordinator you will need to be adaptable in your approach to taking on a range of HR responsibilities and be able to manage a number of completing demands, including producing statistical data, creating reports and overseeing day-to-day administration.

As an HR Coordinator you will form part of a busy and committed HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to broaden their current HR administrative skills and experience in a supportive and rewarding environment. You will be one of the main points of contact for all new and existing employees, but more than that, you’ll be a crucial part of the HR team, involved in various employee related projects and helping us provide our Investors with an excellent service to employees.

DUTIES

Your duties as an HR Coordinator will include:

  • You will be one of the main points of contact for all new and existing employees
  • Produce statistical data, create reports and oversee day-to-day administration for the HR department
  • Produce letters and ensure all DBS checks are completed
  • Manage the recruitment process from advertising through to joining instructions
  • Manage the accurate recording and monitoring of the employee lifecycle on the HR database
  • Be the first point of contact for any HR queries, and deal with these appropriately

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of working in a similar HR environment
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Excel knowledge is required as this role will involve manipulating data
  • Adaptable and able to manage a demanding workload
