JOB DETAILS:

HR Business Partner with extensive Human Resources, Employment Law, Employee Relations experience is required for the Big Lottery Fund.

 

SALARY: Competitive + Generous Benefits        

LOCATION: Candidates can either be based in Birmingham or London

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 37 Hours per Week

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an HR Business Partner with extensive Human Resources, Employment Law, Employee Relations experience.

You will be the lead HR Business Partner (known within the business as a People Partner) for a portfolio of Directorates including Finance and Corporate Services, Engagement, Knowledge, Learning and UK Portfolio and the National Lottery Promotions Unit (NLPU).

Working as the HR Business Partner you will support and enable people related solutions through tailored HR interventions to enhance organisational delivery.

As the HR Business Partner, you will work in partnership with senior stakeholders across the directorates on the People and Directorate plan. You will be responsible for providing proactive advice and support on the full employee life cycle; Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management and Recruitment and Selection. You will have experience of change/restructure programmes.

You will also advise, influence and act as a critical friend to a range of stakeholders. You will be proactive and provide professional advice and support to identify people solutions on a range of employment issues. You will have complex ER experience including Employment Tribunals, ACAS conciliation and knowledge and application of organisation design principles and best practice.

As a confident and experienced People Partner you will be assertive and have strong communications skills. This role involves interaction with all levels of the organisation including Senior Management and the Chief Executive.  

Of course, you’ll also need to work within the Fund’s policies and procedures and the necessary legislation, and in a way that is in line with our vision and principles.
