JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a HR and Talent Resourcing Recruitment Partner who either has experience working within Human Resources or as an In-House Recruiter or within an external agency looking to move into an internal resourcer role or progress their career within HR.

Working as the HR and Talent Resourcing Recruitment Partner you will work closely with the Talent Manager to pro-actively network, search and source to identify new talent that would be of interest to the Company.

As the HR and Talent Resourcing Recruitment Partner you will use recruitment systems to manage, track and pipeline candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring data is accurate, and properly maintained whilst also being an advocate for the Company to attract talent, promote, position and advertise the brand to the external market.

You will also support HR Co-ordination, administration, reporting and with general HR enquiries with the support of the HR Business Partner.

 

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the HR and Talent Resourcing Recruitment Partner will include:

  • Work closely with the Talent Manager to pro-actively network, search and source to identify new talent that would be of interest to the Company
  • Use recruitment systems to manage, track and pipeline candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring data is accurate, and properly maintained
  • To be an advocate of the Company to attract talent, promote, position and advertise the brand to the external market
  • Conduct telephone screening interviews, submit and discuss CV’s internally with the Talent Manager
  • Manage, progress and coordinate candidates through the interview process
  • Promote and position the Company to talent throughout the recruitment process and deliver feedback in a positive and constructive way
  • Ensure all candidates are treated with care during the recruitment and on-boarding process
  • To provide administration support to the HR team including contracts of employment, changes to contractual terms, formal letters, reference checks and scheduling meetings
  • Responsible for the HR administration and coordination of permanent colleagues and contractors through the on-boarding and induction process
  • Maintain accurate digital records of colleagues using in-house recruitment and HR systems
  • Address internal and external enquiries or requests with the support of the HR team
  • Assist with HR projects, MI reports, colleague engagement and feedback surveys
  • Assist in payroll queries, colleague reward and benefits
  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
  • Keep up to date on Company policies and procedures, HR best practice and trends in the market to improve workplace efficiency
  • Supporting HR-related training programmes, workshops and seminars
  • Coordinate and schedule learning and development events

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Previous Human Resources or Internal Recruiter / Agency Recruiter experience
  • Excellent written English and verbal skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, structured in approach
  • Experienced in communicating with and managing multi-level relationships/stakeholders
  • Display results orientation, flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Show an understanding of different cultures and behaviours
  • Display behaviours which reflect the Company’s Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office packages with focus on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Minimum GCSE/Level 4/Grade C (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence

 

Desirable

  • HR experience within an IT/Consultancy setting
  • SAP/ERP recruitment experience
  • Degree educated or studying for CIPD qualification
