We have extremely rewarding opportunities for either established Foster Carers or people that would like to become a Foster Carer.

There are many different types. Some will care for children in an emergency situation until longer-term arrangements can be made. Others will look after children on a short-term basis until the child can return home or move on to a permanent placement. Many care for children on a long-term basis, often for the duration of their childhood.

The amount of allowance you are paid depends on the type of fostering you do with considerations like the age of the child and their individual need. The fees the organisation pay to their Foster Parents vary according to the type of fostering. You’ll receive an excellent weekly pay for each foster child.

  • Candidates come from all backgrounds and bring a wide range of life and work experiences. You will receive training and support to help develop the skills to meet the needs of children in your care
  • If you have your own children, the organisation will consider the number and age of your children and advise on the number and age of fostered children you can look after
