Vehicle Finance Administrator / Sales Processor with previous experience within a dealership or similar, the ability to work under pressure and confident communication skills both in person and over the phone, is required for a well-established company based in Chelmsford, Essex.

 

SALARY: £22,000 per annum

LOCATION: Chelmsford, Essex

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (working 4 out of 5 days), Saturday 9am to 6pm

 

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Vehicle Finance Administrator / Sales Processor with previous experience within a dealership or similar, the ability to work under pressure and confident communication skills both in person and over the phone.

As the Vehicle Finance Administrator / Sales Processor you will have a full, comprehensive understanding of all products offered in order to communicate to dealer partners.  You will liaise with dealer partners regarding proposal and prepare New Business Documentation for the Finance Advisors.

Working as the Vehicle Finance Administrator / Sales Processor you will be able to maintain a positive attitude and composure in dealing with difficult situations and will have excellent organisational skills.

DUTIES

Your duties as responsibilities on a typical day as the Vehicle Finance Administrator / Sales Processor will include:

  • Have a full, comprehensive understanding of all products offered in order to communicate to dealer partners
  • Liaise with dealer partners with regards to proposals
  • Prepare new business documentation with regards to proposals
  • Build relationships with dealer partners to ensure an ongoing working relationship is established
  • Identify, communicate and proactively work to resolve problems or issues
  • Support the finance advisors with finance documentation in order to meet the required timescales
  • Perform data entry tasks as instructed by the operations manager

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience within a dealership or relevant position
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure, at a fast pace
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure in dealing with difficult situations
  • Able to prioritise tasks and respond to ad-hoc requirements
  • Enthusiastic and friendly, with the ability to adjust to different situations
  • Be confident when communicating, both in person and over the phone
  • Excellent organisational skills
