Regional New Business Development Field Sales Manager that has excellent face-to-face presentation, negotiation and closing skills is required for a Company selling an innovative HR and Payroll solution.
SALARY: up to £30,000 (Basic Salary) / £45,000 OTE (includes basic salary) + £5,000 Car Allowance
LOCATION / TERRITORY: You can be based in London or the South East and will attend pre-booked meetings within this territory – whilst not out attending meetings, you will be expected to catch-up on paperwork from home.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: You must have a Full Drivers Licence and your Own Vehicle (a £5,000 car allowance is provided)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Regional New Business Development Field Sales Manager that has excellent face-to-face presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Working as the Regional New Business Development Field Sales Manager you will follow up on leads and pre-booked meetings arranged by the Company’s Telesales Team. This will involve travelling to meet B2B Prospects at their place of work – presenting the Company’s innovative and cost saving solutions and closing deals.
As the Regional New Business Development Field Sales Manager, you must have an aptitude for selling within a face-to-face environment, have a professional approach to your work and have great listening and communication skills. Although the Telesales Team will be providing leads and booking appointments, you should also have the initiative to spot opportunities and the ability to self-generate leads and referrals.
Any previous experience selling within the SME market would be highly desirable – although in-depth product training will be provided.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Regional New Business Development Field Sales Manager, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience selling within a face-to-face environment, preferably targeting the SME market
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels and identify decision makers
- Excellent listing, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate with preferably an interest in software / technology
- Must have a Full Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle
