Multi-Site Premises and Compliance Facilities Manager who has experience managing contractors / services and third-party suppliers with good team management, organisational and communication skills is required for a multi-academy trust based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

 

SALARY: £39,880 to £42,821 per annum 

LOCATION: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 37 Hours per Week, all year round

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Multi-Site Premises and Compliance Facilities Manager who has experience managing contractors / services and third-party suppliers with good team management, organisational and communication skills.

Working as the Multi-Site Premises and Compliance Facilities Manager you will lead and oversee a well-established, high quality operational service across our eight academy schools in the Kirklees district.

As the Multi-Site Premises and Compliance Facilities Manager you must be able to problem solve, prioritise and plan work allocations, as you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities and for managing efficient and best value contractor services. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of health & safety, risk management and data protection compliance across the trust.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Multi-Site Premises and Compliance Facilities Manager you will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Be educated to degree level or have the equivalent experience
  • Have experience of managing contracts / services with third party suppliers including building contractors, caterers, cleaners etc
  • Be a strong communicator with a solutions-based approach to problem solving
  • Have sound experience of managing staff within operational / service teams
  • Have experience of project management as well as able to manage and monitor budgets
  • Understand and have robust knowledge and experience of data protection, risk management, health and safety and compliance
  • Have a driving licence with access to a motor vehicle to use for business purposes
  • Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children
