Job Description

Data Processor / Data Cleansing Administrator with Advanced Microsoft Office skills and previous CRM systems experience is required by a leading Charity based in Reading, Berkshire.


SALARY: £22,300 – £23,600 pro rata + Excellent Benefits

We have a fantastic new contract job opportunity for a Data Processor / Data Cleansing Administrator with Advanced Microsoft Office skills and previous CRM systems experience.

Working as the Data Processor / Data Cleansing Administrator you assist primarily in cleansing the organisation’s current data and amendment of errors.

As the Data Processor / Data Cleansing Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Manual data cleaning
  • Working through and correcting data quality to documented standards
  • Identifying and merging duplicated data to agreed process
  • To investigate, triage and resolve incidents received via TopDesk and Data Team requests
  • Additional tasks may involve following data processes to download and upload data from various sources.

As the Data Processor / Data Cleansing Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Advanced MS Office package skills
  • Essential previous experience with CRM systems – Care or Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Basic SQL knowledge also an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, face to face and written
  • Strong administrative skills, time management and multitasking
  • Strong DPA knowledge
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
