We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a French Speaking Data Entry / Data Inputter with verbal and written fluency in French and English, who has fast and accurate keyboard skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel with the ability to work at pace and prioritise workloads.
Working as the French Speaking Data Entry / Data Inputter you will produce fast and accurate data input using Excel and Sage and provide comprehensive office support for the export business, including raising sales orders and credits; liaising with customers and sales personnel; creating price lists; collating customer listings and managing stock allocations.

Your duties and responsibilities as the French Speaking Data Entry / Data Inputter will include:
- Ensure sales orders for all export customers are received and processed within agreed timescales basis and communicated efficiently to the warehouse
- Update customer price lists, listings and promotional data
- Generate presentations and quotations for export customers
- Regular dissemination of stock availability to sales teams
- Arrange for product samples as required for sales personnel and customers
- Check and rectify any issues or problems with the logistics partners
- Liaise with the UK Sales team to manage stock availability
- Provide French translations for catalogues, packaging, website and merchandising as required
- Help to organise export trade shows and exhibitions, including stock
- Support the Finance team by chasing payment from overdue customers
- Provide general support for the sales team as required
As the French Speaking Data Entry / Data Inputter you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- Competent in oral / written French (German Language Skills a Bonus) so you can communicate effectively to sales teams and customers in France & Germany
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Sage is desirable but training can be provided
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
