Customer Services Trainer / Learning & Development Advisor that has experience coaching and 1-to-1 training within a customer services / call centre / contact centre or similar environment is required for a busy Healthcare Contact Centre based in Tooting, London.

 

SALARY: £26,291 - £34,154 per annum + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Services Trainer / Learning & Development Advisor that has experience coaching and 1-to-1 training within a customer services / call centre / contact centre or similar environment.

Working as Customer Services Trainer / Learning & Development Advisor you will have a wide range of responsibilities from carrying out Training Needs Analysis, Coaching, Delivering Training Programmes on a 1-to-1 basis and within Groups and Designing Training Materials.

As the Customer Services Trainer / Learning & Development Advisor you will be customer focussed with experience of reviewing and improving current processes, creating new material and delivering training programmes to small and large groups.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Customer Services Trainer / Learning & Development Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Understands a range of training styles and how and when best to use them
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to producing and running training programmes
  • Coaching and 1-to-1 training and development
  • The design and delivery of training materials using standard operating procedures (SOPs) and utilising IT systems
  • Customer service training
  • Experience of process redesign 
  • Multi-facetted training strategies to large groups of people
  • The use of a centralised training database
