JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Services Inbound Telephone Collections Advisor / Debt Recovery Administrator that has excellent negotiation, time-management and administrative skills.

Working as the Customer Services Inbound Telephone Collections Advisor / Debt Recovery Administrator you will deal with inbound calls from debtors in a professional and calm manner, in addition to occasionally making outbound calls chasing outstanding payments and advising debtors of the consequences of non-payment.

As the Customer Services Inbound Telephone Collections Advisor / Debt Recovery Administrator any previous experience dealing with difficult customers is preferred. Applicants should also have experience within an administrative position.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a confident, assertive and effective telephone manner and will be able to demonstrate:
