Customer Services Advisor / Scheduling Operations Coordinator who has a friendly and professional telephone manner with excellent organisational, administrative, and time-management skills is required for a well-established family support services company based in Ipswich, Suffolk, East Anglia.

Although industry experience isn’t essential, you will need to have a great telephone manner and work with a real sense of urgency to ensure the best possible outcomes for both the children, their families and your clients.

 

SALARY: £21,000 per annum

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a dynamic, outgoing Customer Services Advisor / Scheduling Operations Coordinator who has a friendly and professional telephone manner with excellent organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.

The company is a leading provider of family support services in the South and East of England. They work for Local Authorities providing short term support to families and children needing a little extra help or who find themselves in crisis. 

Working as the Customer Services Advisor / Scheduling Operations Coordinator you will join the Referrals Team acting as the interface between the company’s clients and staff.

As the Customer Services Advisor / Scheduling Operations Coordinator, you will work in a fast paced environment, often dealing with urgent care support requests, which will require someone who is confident on the telephone when liaising between Social Workers and a team of Support Workers.

Your responsibilities as the Customer Services Advisor / Scheduling Operations Coordinator, will also include taking job briefs, checking availability and scheduling work, which often requires persuasion and negotiation to arrive at a positive result. Your ability to build strong relationships with people over the phone is therefore critical to success.

Your personal qualities are much more important than your experience, however you will probably have experience working on the telephone perhaps in a sales environment, call centre or within recruitment environment. You will be positive, enjoy working under pressure and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
