Inbound Customer Services Advisor / Contact Centre Agent that speaks fluent Spanish with excellent local knowledge of Spain, which includes understanding the type of products consumers buy there and the types of stores in Spain such as Supermarkets that sell those products, is required to represent a Global Brand for a well-established Company based in Chiswick, West London.

Candidates will also need excellent written communication skills in Spanish

Working as the Inbound Customer Services Advisor / Contact Centre Agent you will handle multi-channel inbound consumer inquiries via the telephone, email, post and text, whilst delivering exceptional service that will delight consumers resulting in increased consumer brand loyalty.

As the Inbound Customer Services Advisor / Contact Centre Agent, you MUST speak fluent Spanish with local country knowledge of Spain. You will also need a confident telephone manner with excellent written communication skills in Spanish.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Inbound Customer Services Advisor / Contact Centre Agent:

  • Respond to consumers via telephone, email, post, text and fax
  • Escalate potential risks to minimise impact to the Brand’s consumers
  • Build rapport with consumers to ensure consumer service excellence and to resolve consumers queries, problems or complaints
  • Meet challenging targets for Quality of interaction
  • From time to time work on outbound projects, which involves outbound calling existing consumers
  • Ensure that all consumer contact is handled in a professional manner
  • Working effectively as part of the Team
  • Develop a good understanding of the Brand’s marketplace, industry and its competitors
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to ensure a consistent approach to quality and brand diversity, striving to constantly enhance the consumer experience
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to highlight operational risks, and areas for improvement within the service team.
  • Actively contribute in team meetings and share knowledge with colleagues to maximise knowledge retention.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Speaks fluent Spanish with excellent local knowledge of Spain, which includes understanding the type of products consumers buy there and the types of stores in Spain such as Supermarkets that sell those products
  • Experience within an inbound contact centre environment
  • Professional and confident telephone manner with good listening skills
  • Good complaint handling skills and solutions focussed
  • Passion for service excellence
