WORKING HOURS / SALARY:
There are multiple jobs available covering either 27.5 hours per week or 36 hours per week
- £20,958 per annum + Benefits for 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm
- £20,119.68 per annum + Benefits for 36 Hours per Week, 4 x 9 Hour Days per Week between Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm

We have a fantastic new job opportunity within a busy Contact Centre for a Customer Services Advisor / Call Centre Telephone Booking Coordinator that has a great telephone manner with good organisational and administrative skills.
Working as the Contact Centre for a Customer Services Advisor / Call Centre Telephone Booking Coordinator you will be responsible for the management and administration of patient referrals into the organisation including appointments. This role focuses on Customer Services skills and is a telephony based with no face to face customer service interaction.
As the Customer Services Advisor / Call Centre Telephone Booking Coordinator you will work as part of a larger team and will be dealing with high volume calls, which will need to be handled in a calm and professional manner. Previous experience of working in a busy Contact Centre environment would be extremely desirable.
