Customer Service Telemarketing Fundraiser / Fundraising Executive that has great communication and people skills with a polite and professional telephone manner is required for Guide Dogs based in Reading, Berkshire.

 

SALARY: £17,879 – £20,791 per annum

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Telemarketing Fundraiser / Fundraising Executive that has a confident and professional manner with the ability to build rapport and develop good relationships with each donor.

Working as the Customer Service Telemarketing Fundraiser / Fundraising Executive you will be tasked with calling potential and existing supporters to gain their support and donations.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Customer Service Telemarketing Fundraiser / Fundraising Executive:

  • Making Telefundraising calls to valued supporters and potential supporters
  • Achieving targets on number of contacts, dials, response and value in order to maximise ROI
  • Be the voice of the Charity, and passionately deliver the vision, aim and purpose to the supporters
  • Contribute to the Telefundraising plan and assist the Telefundraising Manager and Team Leader on tasks as required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Customer Service Telemarketing Fundraiser / Fundraising Executive required skills and experience:

  • Call Handling experience preferred
  • Create good relationships with each donor on the phone
  • Customer service, sales or marketing experience
  • Confident, with a friendly and professional phone manner
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
