SALARY: Competitive + Bonuses + Benefits (Contributory Company pension scheme after qualifying period, Health Shield Medical, Year End Bonuses and 28 days holidays per year including Bank Holidays)         

LOCATION: Bognor Regis, West Sussex, South East England

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Sales Order Processor / Project Coordinator who has excellent administrative skills and is well organised with ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks as well as having previous experience using Access database systems, Microsoft Excel and Word.

The company is a leading manufacturer of luxury bed, table and bathroom linens working with the world’s leading interior designers, property developers, superyachts and boutique hotels. Located in Bognor Regis their linens are manufactured in-house by their team of experienced cutters, machinists and embroiderers to the very highest quality standards and their linens grace the world’s most luxurious yachts, homes and hotels.

As a Customer Service Sales Order Processor / Project Coordinator you will be working within a friendly office team. This is an important role within the business, which will be customer facing and involve processing orders for clients and working alongside the sales team and the supply chain coordinator to ensure the smooth running and delivery of client’s orders.

Working as a Customer Service Sales Order Processor / Project Coordinator you will be providing advice and guidance to clients on product options to meet their needs. This is an excellent starting position for developing your career path and would suit someone with an interest in textiles and design.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Customer Service Sales Order Processor / Project Coordinator will include:

  • Liaising with current clients for replenishment orders
  • Compiling quotations / orders for new clients
  • Attending design meetings with the sales team
  • Providing advice and guidance to clients on product options to meet their needs
  • Maintaining good client relations
  • Preparing information for trade shows
  • Assisting at design exhibitions and boat shows

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Well organised and ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks are essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative and implement improvements in efficiency where required
  • Experience using Access database systems, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • An interest in textiles and design would be an advantage
