Customer Service Assistant / Accompanied Property Viewer that has excellent organisational, time-management and people skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner that is also comfortable within a face-to-face environment is required for a well-established Estate and Lettings Agency based in Northwood, Middlesex.
SALARY: £16,000 - £20,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus Monthly Bonus
LOCATION: Northwood, Middlesex (Candidates MUST live within a 12 mile radius of Northwood, Middlesex)

We have a fantastic new job available for a Customer Service Assistant / Accompanied Property Viewer that has excellent organisational, time-management and people skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner that is also comfortable within a face-to-face environment.
Working as the Customer Service Assistant / Accompanied Property Viewer you will meet, greet and show around potential tenants at selected properties to let, providing the tenants with additional information as required such as rental costs, if the rental comes furnished or un-furnished, length of lease available etc. (full training will be provided)
When not viewing properties with tenants, as the Customer Service Assistant / Accompanied Property Viewer you will be based in the office within a front of house position, meeting and greeting landlords and tenants visiting the office. You will also be responsible for updating the in-house database, completing paperwork, arranging viewings, organising the office diary, advertising properties to let online, and carrying out general administrative duties.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Customer Service Assistant / Accompanied Property Viewer you will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Polite, friendly and professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Work as part of a team assisting colleagues when required
- Previous retail or similar customer facing experience highly desirable
- Full driving licence is essential and preferably your own vehicle (mileage will be paid)
