Inbound Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Representative that has excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with integrity over the telephone and show a genuine interest in the needs of others is required by a well-established Insurance Company based Company based in York, Yorkshire.
SALARY: £18,000 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
LOCATION: York, Yorkshire
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week (Shift Work within the Hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm)

Working as the Inbound Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Representative you will play an important role in creating customers for life by having great conversations to truly understand customers’ needs and building great rapport in order to ensure the Company retain their business.
Irrespective of your previous experience or industry background, the Company have an amazing Training Team who will help you hone your skills and empower you to make decisions in the best interest of their customers.
As the Inbound Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Representative, you will be extremely personable with the ability to provide a first-class customer experience with every interaction. Previous insurance industry experience is great, although not necessary as you will receive full training. Candidates that come from hospitality, front line retail or other similar client facing roles would be desirable. However, we will consider candidates from all industry backgrounds.
As a successful candidate you will work at the Company’s award winning building within the City Walls? A mix of the traditional and the modern, original art work adorns the walls, large desks and open spaces that encourage a hierarchy free, team culture. The Company also have arguably the best roof terrace in York, overlooking the Minster where you can relax playing pool or table football.
