We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Agent who is focused, motivated and friendly with strong communication skills.

Working as the Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Agent you will be part of the Inside Sales team, who are a core part of the company’s success.  The team is supportive and provide a personal touch where they build strong relationships with Sales engineers and customers to ensure they have what they need.

As the Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Agent, you will interact directly with customers to help with any questions about products, orders and delivery information.  You will also provide support to sales engineers and ensure the reputation of providing high quality customer service is maintained.

As the Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Agent you will:
