We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent who has a polite and helpful telephone manner with good administrative and data input skills, is required to provide a first-class customer experience to business customers and professionals calling to order new supplies or services.
Working as the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent your primary responsibility is to create a highly positive experience for all business customers, who need assistance in relation to the services the company provides.
As the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent you will work closely with business customers, including professionals such as Facilities Managers; Vets; Doctors; Dentists and Beauticians, to resolve their issues and queries. This is a fast paced and high-volume environment where you can typically expect to make and receive around 60/70 calls per day.
As an example, working as a Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent you can expect to receive calls such as:
- Clients calling to order a new service or additional supplies
- Resolving invoice queries or clients requesting quarterly service reports
- Arranging and confirming the pick-up time for collecting waste units from client sites
Plus more… This is a really diverse role, so you’ll never have a mundane shift in the office.
As a successful candidate you’ll be passionate about providing a quality service. Your naturally strong customer service skills, together with your excellent telephone manner and ability to resolve complex queries will be fully utilised in this role as will your ability to work on your own initiative and remain polite and professional at all times.
The company will also expect you to have:
- Extensive telephone based customer service experience
- High levels of self-motivation and the ability to multi-task
- A confident telephone manner and excellent relationship building skills
- A good understanding of MS Office
- Good administration and data input skills
- A team player with the willingness to go the 'extra mile' to exceed expectations and always see queries through to resolution
