SALARY: up to £17,000 per annum (depending on experience)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator / Conveyancing & Conversion Sales Support Assistant with a high degree of self-management and initiative as well as being highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

Working as a Customer Service Administrator / Conveyancing & Conversion Sales Support Assistant your role will be to provide direct support to the property department within the firm – primarily dealing with enquiries from potential clients and the associated administration.

As a Customer Service Administrator / Conveyancing & Conversion Sales Support Assistant you will have excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills to listen to and interpret customer’s requirements and provide appropriate quotations.

DUTIES

Your role as a Customer Service Administrator / Conveyancing & Conversion Sales Support Assistant will include:

  • To listen to and interpret customer’s requirements, and then to provide appropriate quotations
  • To maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and other stakeholders (including, but not limited to, estate agents and mortgage lenders)
  • To respond to incoming phone and email enquiries
  • To handle any objections with a view to getting the client to instruct the Firm
  • To sell the Firms’ services to existing and potential clients
  • To open new files and organise initial instruction paperwork using the Firms’ case management system
  • To undertake initial identity checks using electronic verification
  • To manage a diary to ensure that all clients receive a follow up call or email and quotes are ‘closed out’
  • Co-ordinate sales efforts with team members from other departments
  • To attend clients as required both on the telephone and occasionally in person to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the Firms standard of client care
  • To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development
  • To ensure the confidentiality of all of the firm’s and clients’ documentation and information
  • To assist and engage with the Firms’ marketing strategy

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a sales representative
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite of programmes, Word processing and typing Skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
