SALARY: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Generous Benefits (see below)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Childrens Home Manager who is enthusiastic and dynamic and places the child in the centre of everything they do.
Working as the Registered Childrens Home Manager you will lead, manage and develop a team of residential childcare workers who help and support our children, who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) and trauma, using our trauma informed practices, which are embedded within our culture.
We are opening a New home in East London, this 4 bedded home focusses on supporting our young people in an integrated treatment plan, This home is for children aged between 7-12 years upon admission, you will be working closely with our Assessment and Therapy and Education services onsite and ensuring that our young people are fully supported.
As the Registered Childrens Home Manager, you will have the following:
- OCF Level 5 or equivalent
- Must have Home Management experience
- Experience of leading and managing a team of Child Care Workers
- Robust knowledge of regulatory and legislative framework
- Good knowledge Ofsted benchmarking and SCCIF
- A proven Ofsted track record
- To be a leader of trauma informed care
- To hold a Full Driving Licence is essential
