Job Description

Inbound Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Agent that has excellent telephone communication and administrative skills is required for a well-established Company based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, West Midlands.

 

SALARY:      £8.90 per hour (after probation period)    

LOCATION:   Shrewsbury, Shropshire, West Midlands

JOB TYPE:    Part-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 16 Hours per Week, Friday and Saturday Nights, 2 x 8 hour shifts between the hours of 18:00 and 06:00 (latest start time would be 22:00) – must be flexible with working hours

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Inbound Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Agent that has excellent telephone communication and administrative skills.

Working as the Inbound Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers wanting to book taxis, taking down details accurately and responding to enquiries in a polite, professional and efficient manner.

As the Inbound Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Agent you will provide a first-class customer experience to every caller. You will also resolve customer issues when necessary and escalate the call to a senior member of staff when required.

As the Inbound Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Agent you are often the first point of contact for the customer, so we are very interested to hear from candidates with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
