Call Centre Advisor / Inbound Customer Service Agent that has excellent communication, administrative and listening skills is required for a busy contact centre representing a large utility company based in Forres, Moray, Scotland.

 

SALARY: £17,160 per annum + Generous Benefits (See Below)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Call Centre Advisor / Inbound Customer Service Agent that has excellent communication, administrative and listening skills.

Working as the Call Centre Advisor / Inbound Customer Service Agent you will join a team that are the first point of contact for customers.

As the Call Centre Advisor / Inbound Customer Service Agent your responsibilities will involve resolving inbound queries, ensuring that you provide a high standard of service on all aspects of the call.
