Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Agent that has excellent telephone communication and administrative skills is required to work on behalf of a leading Insurance Company within a well-established Contact Centre based in Glasgow, Scotland.
SALARY: up to £17,062 per annum

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week – Shift Work covering 5/7 days between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Saturday and 10am - 4pm Sunday. Full flexibility required

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Agent that has excellent telephone communication and administrative skills.
Working as the Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Agent you will work within a non-target driven environment on behalf of a leading insurance company (additional product training provided), ensuring a first-class customer experience.
As the Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Agent you’ll support customers with a range of enquiries regarding their car insurance policy, ensuring answers are always delivered and resolutions found, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
The Company is looking for great people who will listen and ask the right questions, whilst bringing their personality and enthusiasm to ensure all customers receive the attention and care they deserve. You will know how to always put the customer at the heart of everything that you do, along with having good computer skills and the ability and focus to maintain attention to detail whilst working to quality measures.
As a successful candidate you will join a great team within a fabulous purpose built site that has excellent facilities and with a free bus shuttle from Glasgow City Centre to the office, so it has never been easier to get to work.
