Job Description

Assistant Digital / Website Content Management Producer that has copywriting and editing experience with knowledge of CMS, Google Analytics and Imaging Editing Software such as Adobe Photoshop or similar is required by the Guide Dogs based in Reading, Berkshire.

 

SALARY: £21,042 – £22,281 per annum

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Assistant Digital / Website Content Management Producer (officially known within the business as an Assistant Digital Producer) that has copywriting and editing experience with knowledge of CMS, Google Analytics and Imaging Editing Software such as Adobe Photoshop or similar.

Digital transformation is crucial to our refreshed strategy therefore it is a very exciting time to be joining our digital team as an Assistant Digital / Website Content Management Producer.

Working as the Assistant Digital / Website Content Management Producer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Guide Dogs digital communications to support the strategy, which will include updating our website and intranet, planning and delivering small scale projects and campaigns and providing coordination support to Digital Producers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Assistant Digital / Website Content Management Producer you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in editing and copywriting for the web
  • Experience of working with electronic media, such as video, audio, images
  • Experience of maintaining and promoting a brand online
  • Technical knowledge to perform digital activities as follows:
    • Content Management Systems (CMS)
    • Standard PC software packages
    • Google Analytics
    • Image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or similar
    • Wireframing tools
  • Any experience with HTML, CSS, AB Testing tools would be highly desirable
