JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / International Shipping & Logistics Administrative Assistant that has excellent organisational, administration and customer services skills.

As the Administrator / International Shipping & Logistics Administrative Assistant you will join the Company’s expanding department, where you will have a wide range of duties and responsibilities, which will include liaising with air, road, and sea freight carriers, Co-ordinating orders, generating invoices and shipping documents, obtaining competitive freight prices, updating customers on the progress of their orders and answering incoming telephone enquiries.

Working as the Administrator / International Shipping & Logistics Administrative Assistant you will also support the Senior International Shipping Administrator and Sales Executives in their daily duties.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Administrator / International Shipping & Logistics Administrative Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous office experience (shipping or logistics is advantageous)
  • Ability to multitask which is essential
  • Good time management skills to work efficiently with accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good level of literacy, numeracy and computer skills
