SALARY: £17,879 – £18,931 per annum

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Service Support Coordinator & Administration Assistant who has excellent administrative, organisational, time-management, customer service and communication skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Working as the Administrator / Service Support Coordinator & Administration Assistant (officially known within the organisation as a Central Services Support Coordinator) you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the Service Development Support Manager who supports the managers of all of our Skills, Information and Support Services.

Part of the role as the Administrator / Service Support Coordinator & Administration Assistant will be to support the delivery of our National Children, and Young People’s Services including the Central Advice Line, Family Events and Technology. We are evolving our person-centred services, so this is an exciting time to be part of the Guide Dogs journey.

As the Administrator / Service Support Coordinator & Administration, you will maintain paper and computer based systems in line with GDPR, liaising with colleagues and clients, as well as organising meetings and events. You will be a ‘super user’ of our CRM system, and will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent administrative, organisational, time-management and communications skills
  • Ability to manage expectations of the customer, recognising when to escalate issue to a higher level
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Evidence of dealing with confidential issues with sensitivity and with total integrity
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
