Administrator / Sales Team Administration Assistant who has excellent administrative, organisational, time-management, communication and customer service skills is required for a successful, fast growing and client focussed Company based in Maidstone, Kent.

 

SALARY: £17,000 - £20,000 per annum + Benefits        

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Sales Team Administration Assistant who has excellent administrative, organisational, time-management, communication and customer service skills.

Working as the Administrator / Sales Team Administration Assistant you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative task, which will include maintaining and updating the computer systems to ensure all the information held on a customer and the booking is accurate, complete paperwork and support the Sales Team by booking meetings and carrying out research required by the team.

As the Administrator / Sales Team Administration Assistant, you will also deal with incoming customer enquiries, send out mailers and touch base with existing customers.
