Sales Office Administrator who had excellent customer service, organisational, time-management, administrative and communication skills is required to support the sales team for a well-established, innovative and leading company based in Brierley Hill, Dudley, West Midlands.


SALARY: £21,000 per annum

As the Sales Office Administrator you will join a widely recognised company who are the “go-to” experts for the supply of two-way radio systems to the UK’s events industry. They have a particular expertise in supplying mission critical communications equipment to internationally renowned artists, touring bands and many other sectors including retail, distribution, education etc.

The company is an innovative, progressive, global company trusted by thousands of organisations worldwide, and are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Office Administrator to join the team.

This is a varied role which will require a Sales Office Administrator who is confident, outgoing and capable of taking responsibility for delivering first class customer care. One day you may be liaising with a major tour manager, ensuring products are delivered on time: the next day processing orders, managing stock levels, inputting data onto the CRM system, making tea. Part of a small team you will be expected to “muck-in” and do whatever is necessary to make sure the customer gets great service.

Your duties as the Sales Office Administrator will include:

  • Accurately process orders and fulfil all general administrative duties
  • Liaise directly with existing customers and build great working relationships with them
  • Work with other members of the team to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Provide updates on deliveries and help handle any sales enquiries/queries
  • Develop excellent relationships with customers, technicians, staff and other key stakeholders



As a successful candidate you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Have previous sales office admin experience in a busy fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and initiative
  • Be very confident communicating on the phone
  • Have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel) and capable of learning new systems
  • Knowledge of using CRM
  • Be energetic and proactive
