Junior Administrator / Administrative Assistant who is computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent organisational and communication skills, is required for a growing creative design Company based in Ashford, Kent.

This is a junior position and would suit an individual either looking to begin their career or progressing to new opportunities.


SALARY: Competitive (dependent on skills and experience) + Benefits

HOURS: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Junior Administrator / Administrative Assistant who is computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent organisational and communication skills.

As the Junior Administrator / Administrative Assistant, you will be providing administrative and secretarial support to a small team of creative designers.  You will be enthusiastic and able to communicate at all levels.

Working as the Junior Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will have a high standard of written and spoken English with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately.  A self-motivated, positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential for this role.

Your duties and responsibilities as the Junior Administrator / Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Providing administrative support to the Directors, staff and accounts
  • Raising invoices
  • Corresponding with clients and suppliers
  • Research
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • All kitchen responsibilities



  • Previous office experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude
  • Good team-player
  • Interest in design and social media would be desirable
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
