We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Client Services Administration Assistant with excellent data entry, administrative, time-management and organisational skills.

Working as the Administrator / Client Services Administration Assistant you will work within the Company’s Enforcement Team, assisting with a range of administrative tasks and processing high volumes of data, so accurate data entry skills will be required.

As the Administrator / Client Services Administration Assistant you will need to be extremely organised and work with a sense of urgency. You will also deal with telephone, post and email enquiries.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / Client Services Administration Assistant:

To assist with the management of a portfolio of clients

  • Deliver a first-class service to Company’s clients
  • Process high volumes of work whilst ensuring accurate input of data
  • Organise and prioritise work to ensure maximum efficiency and speed of service
  • Deal with telephone, post and email enquiries
  • Process payments from defendants

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

  • Ideally have a background and experience within a fast moving, customer service and administrative environment
  • Good communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail
