Office Administrator / Administration Assistant / Receptionist / Bookkeeper who has excellent administrative, organisational, time-management and communication skills with some Bookkeeping skills, ideally using Sage 50 is required for a well-established, award-winning company based in St Margarets, Twickenham.

 

SALARY: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (22 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing 1 day annually to 28 days)

LOCATION: St Margarets, Twickenham

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent (some flexible working may be possible)

 

JOB OVERVIEW

After 14 years with the company their current Administrator is currently leaving their small and friendly design office in St Margarets, Twickenham and they now have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Office Administrator / Administration Assistant / Receptionist / Bookkeeper who has excellent administrative, organisational, time-management and communication skills with some Bookkeeping skills, ideally using Sage 50.

As you may have gathered this role will have a range of varied responsibilities covering administrative, customer service / reception and bookkeeping duties and candidates will need to be super organised with excellent time-management skills.

As the Office Administrator / Administration Assistant / Receptionist / Bookkeeper you will also need accurate data input / data entry skills, a polite and professional telephone manner and good verbal and written skills in English.

Working as the Office Administrator / Administration Assistant / Receptionist / Bookkeeper you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone, transfer calls, assist with enquiries and take messages
  • General office admin (ordering stationary through Viking etc.)
  • Printing and posting invoices etc.
  • Data entry for Sage 50 accounts
  • Produce VAT returns, aged debtors and creditors from Sage 50
  • Website content upload (new photos, news etc.)
