Office Administration Support Supervisor & Coordinator who has excellent supervisory, administrative, organisational, time-management and customer service skills is required by Guide Dogs.

 

SALARY: £21,568 to £22,838 per annum

Working as the Office Administration Support Supervisor & Coordinator you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring that anyone engaging with the local office, whether in person or through virtual means, will experience high standards of customer service and efficient professional support.

As the Office Administration Support Supervisor & Coordinator you will be a highly motivated, positive team-player, acting as the point person on site with a hands-on approach for all office operations and procedures including customer and visitor experience, office administrative procedures and operations support staff performance.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Office Administration Support Supervisor & Coordinator:

  • Work closely with the Operations Support Manager to update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Involvement in leading or supporting projects to successful conclusion
  • Supervision of others – in either a coaching or developing capacity
  • Deliver a person-centred service
  • Ensure all incoming customer queries are proficiently handled and associated procedures are followed in line with quality standards and customer expectations
  • Provide line management, coaching and training of onsite Operations Support Coordinators and volunteers.  This may include remote line management support to staff at other locations
  • Provide office reception services as required, greeting and assisting visitors and setting up facilities for meetings on site
