Sales Executive / Telesales Consultant required for an established global marketing agency based in Swansea, Wales.

The company is launching a brand new division selling a range of employee reward schemes and incentives to the business community.

Working as the Sales Executive / Telesales Consultant you will identify and close new business within the SME and Corporate sector calling business owners, Sales / Marketing Directors and HR Managers who will generally be the main decision makers.

As the Sales Executive / Telesales Consultant your core duties will include:

• New business development – Gather market information to identify, develop and close new business by way of cold calling potential clients;

• Email marketing – Send out ‘Elevator Pitch’ emails that will help you secure telephone appointments;

• Account Manage – Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure the client’s needs are met while maximising re-orders;

• Database management – Keep accurate records on all client communication, ensuring all contact details, special order requirements are kept up to date;

• Create order forms, sales briefing forms and design briefs where required.

Ideal candidates for this Sales Executive / Telesales Consultant vacancy will have previous B2B sales experience with the ability and desire to hit sales targets and earn commission. In addition you will have experience in lead generation / new business development and be able to work on your own initiative.

You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and fully understand the client’s requirements.

Successful candidates for this Sales Executive / Telesales Consultant vacancy can expect to receive a basic salary up to £18,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus an uncapped commission structure that can increase your earning potential to £30,000+ OTE.
