CRM Data Architect required for a truly global brand within the sporting world.

We will consider all CRM experience (Oracle, SAP, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Salesforce, Amdocs).

Your main base will be at the company’s headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany. You do not need to speak German, but you MUST be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As the CRM Data Architect you should have experience in:

• Database modelling and integration expertise,  acquired in a CRM and BI environment;

• Deep understanding of physical hardware architecture, caching and network infrastructure;

• Solid hands-on experience of the traditional CRM ecosystem including data warehousing, analytics, campaign management; understanding of the latest developments around personalisation and social media;

• Familiar with common Java Application servers and deployments;

• Experience with Web Services;

• Strong software engineering skills with an understanding of development methods (Agile, Extreme, Waterfall);

• Additional language skills (Ruby, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX a plus. JVM …) a plus;

• Familiar with the security and legal requirement intrinsic to consumer data;

• Experience working closely with QA groups, software developers, DBAs and fully understanding product lifecycles.

Duties as the CRM Data Architect include:

• Define overall consumer data architecture;

• Oversee CRM data model;

• Ensure performance, reliability, security and scalability of the consumer data architecture;

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Infrastructure and IT Security;

• Analyse business requirements and define technical specifications;

• Propose innovative solutions;

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Group computing standards, policies and methodologies, as well as security/data protection regulations;
