Sales & Marketing Manager required for our Client, a market leading Renewable Energy Company based in Glasgow, Scotland.

Due to our Client’s continued growth we require a Sales & Marketing Manager to establish a new business development sales team, which will focus on the delivery of the new sales strategy.

Working as the Sales & Marketing Manager you will be tasked with sales management and marketing. Collaboratively you will also develop tactical action plans that ensure the achievement of new business sales to meet and exceed agreed targets.

As the Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Instigating, designing and implementing telesales and marketing initiatives to identify and secure new business  sales;

• Monitor campaign effectiveness through ongoing measurement and analysis,  regularly reporting output and findings to senior management;

• Manage effective pipeline of new business to ensure that all activity is followed up by  agreed timelines;

• Develop innovative approaches to improving the telesales process, procedures and performance;

• Recruit, develop and manage the telesales team to achieve individual targets and deliver results.

The ideal candidate for this Sales & Marketing Manager position will have proven experience in managing a successful marketing department and telesales / sales team in a B2C and B2B environment.
