Head of HR & Communications Required.
A new Head of HR & Communications opportunity has arisen in the Human Resources Department with our client based in the North East.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Head of HR & Communications your duties and responsibilities include:
• Managing the Human Resources Team;
• Financial and Budgetary control;
• Internal and External Communications;
• Employee Relations;
• Liaising and Negotiation with Trade Unions;
• Overseeing Employee Training & Development Programmes;
• Reviewing, Developing and Enhancing Recruitment and Retention Polices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We will consider all applicants who have previous strategic and operational Human Resource Management experience working as, Head of HR, HR Communications Manager, HR Manager, or HR Employee Relations Manager.
