Details

Technical Author required for a newly created position in the IT Systems and Applications Documentation Team.

Ideal applicants will have previous experience as a Technical Author writing on-line help manuals, technical documentation, and user guides.

As the Technical Author you will work within a small team and be tasked with the ongoing documentation for a number of leading software applications, in addition to writing the documentation for a new product that is being launched.

Suitable applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Authoring Tools such as, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp or similar products.

Any experience with Adobe Framemaker, Financial/Banking Software Applications highly desirable.
