The Top Employer Web Benchmark is an objective study among job seekers for what their preferences and priorities are when it comes to corporate career websites. The ranking, where PwC is number one this year, reflects how well the companies meet the job seekers demands, and not the satisfaction of a jury.

The results this turbulent recruitment year is interesting. It shows both that job seekers are active on the internet going straight to the source (the employers career websites) as well as some companies excelling in being innovative and working with the latest development on the internet to get ahead of competition for employer branding and candidate pipeline purposes.
